This page lists 421 of the 443 Natura 2000 sites of Greece, grouped by region. Each page has the designation, area, habitat types and species that the state reports to the European Environment Agency (2024 release), the municipalities, villages, beaches and sights inside and beside the boundary, and a short note on works in the area.

A site has a page when the EEA database gives at least 3 habitat types or 5 species. The rest, mostly marine zones and small parcels, are listed here without a link. Where a Special Protection Area and a Site of Community Importance have almost the same boundary they share one page, and the list shows both codes (GR1110002 + GR1110005, GR2120001 + GR2120005, GR2310007 + GR2310016).
